I am absolutely new to this yoga world and was looking for something that introduces me, but was lost and not sure of the whole thing, oh well keep searching
Nice little book. To the point, precise, just what I needed. Gives you the opportunity to relax, get rid of the stress and recharge your batteries for the whole day (or at least half of it). And all of this in just 15 minutes.

Good job Nicole. When I'll have some more time, I will buy your other yoga book, for sure.
I'm definitely a newbie to Yoga, but I have heard about the benefits. I loved this book. Like everyone else, I have busy day and too much stress. So, I was immediately interested in this book. It gave me all the answers to my questions about equipment, etc. Michelle Nicole has given me the perfect 15 minute release to a busy day. I tried out her descriptions of the poses, and it was easy to do it right. I'm looking forward to putting these into my daily routine at the end of everyday. At this point, it isn't a workout it is a release. Great resource.
Not a bad book. I bought this out of curiosity, to see what kind of yoga workout you can do in 15 minutes. There aren't too many poses in this book, there are only 4 of them, but they are great for those who are just starting out and never practiced yoga before.

I liked how Michelle explained every aspect of the workout, from preparing yourself, to warm-up, then the actual poses (with pictures) and in the end the warm-down.

I didn't like that it had so few poses, but I guess that if she included more poses, then it would take you more than 15 mintues to do all of them.
to many explanations to start with. When somebody is a beginner the need is for what to do instead of all the historic. That interest comes after.
